18+ & Content Policy

1. Adults Only

Jiggles3D is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access, create an account, purchase subscriptions, publish content, or otherwise use Jiggles3D.

2. Creator Eligibility

Creators must satisfy Jiggles3D's age and identity-verification requirements before publishing restricted adult content.

Jiggles3D may request additional documentation or verification when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, or payment-processing requirements.

3. Everyone Depicted Must Be an Adult

Every person depicted in adult content must be at least 18 years old at the time the content was created.

Content depicting minors, sexualizing minors, or presenting a person as a minor in a sexual context is prohibited.

4. Consent Is Required

Creators may only upload content involving people who knowingly and voluntarily consented to the creation and permitted use of that content.

Creators are responsible for maintaining appropriate releases, permissions, identity information, and age-verification records for people appearing in their content when required.

5. Prohibited Content

Content prohibited on Jiggles3D includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual content involving minors or persons represented as minors.
• Nonconsensual intimate content or content distributed without required permission.
• Hidden-camera or voyeuristic sexual content created without the informed consent of everyone depicted.
• Content involving exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or abuse.
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal sexual activity.
• Content depicting sexual activity involving animals.
• Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Fraudulent impersonation or manipulated sexual content using another person's likeness without authorization.
• Content prohibited by applicable law, our payment-processing partners, or other service providers required to operate the platform.

6. AI, Edited, and Synthetic Content

Artificially generated, edited, or synthetic content must comply with all other Jiggles3D rules.

Users may not create or distribute sexualized synthetic content that uses a real person's likeness without authorization or that depicts or represents a minor.

7. Rights to Uploaded Content

Creators may only upload photos, videos, audio, 3D models, AR assets, or other material they own or have sufficient legal permission to use and distribute through Jiggles3D.

8. 3D and AR Content

Content converted into interactive 3D, volumetric, or augmented-reality formats remains subject to the same consent, age, ownership, and content requirements as the original media.

9. Reporting Content

Anyone who believes content violates this policy may report it to Jiggles3D for review.

10. Removal and Account Action

Jiggles3D may remove or restrict content while investigating suspected violations.

Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for violations of this policy. Serious matters may also be referred to appropriate authorities where required by law.

11. Cooperation With Requests

Creators may be required to provide documentation establishing identity, age, consent, ownership, or authorization relating to uploaded content.

Failure to provide reasonably requested documentation may result in content being restricted or removed.

12. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated as Jiggles3D develops or as legal, safety, payment-processing, or platform requirements change.
