18+ & Prohibited Content Policy

1. Adults Only

Jiggles3D is an adults-only platform. Every user and every person depicted in content must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in the applicable jurisdiction if higher. Content depicting, sexualizing, or presenting any person as a minor is prohibited.

2. Identity, Age, and Consent

Creators must complete identity and age verification before publishing. They must also verify the identity and adult age of every person depicted, obtain documented consent for creation and distribution, retain those records, and provide them to Jiggles3D upon request. Voyeuristic, hidden-camera, or otherwise nonconsensual material is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Categories

Prohibited content and promotional terminology include, but are not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material; minors; persons presented as minors; or age-play terminology suggesting underage participation.
• Rape, forced activity, coercion, molestation, abduction, kidnapping, trafficking, slavery, or any nonconsensual sexual act.
• Sexual activity involving a sleeping, unconscious, incapacitated, hypnotized, intoxicated, drugged, or otherwise unable-to-consent person.
• Incest, bestiality, animal sexual activity, or crushing or abuse of animals.
• Prostitution, commercial sex services, or depiction or promotion of exchanging money or value for sexual acts.
• Extreme violence, torture, gore, cannibalism, self-mutilation, snuff, suffocation, strangulation, or severe physical abuse.
• Sexual content involving bodily excretions, person-to-person urination, feces, vomit, or menstrual material.
• Racist abuse, hateful content, or content that unlawfully targets protected groups.
• Content promoting illegal drugs or depicting unsafe intoxication in connection with sexual activity.
• Polygamy-focused dating or other content prohibited by our payment partners or applicable card-network rules.
• Unauthorized celebrity, public-figure, impersonation, deepfake, or likeness-based sexual content.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Any illegal activity or any content that facilitates, advertises, solicits, or condones illegal conduct.

This list is not exhaustive. Titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, messages, and other promotional text are subject to the same rules as the underlying content.

4. AI, Edited, 3D, and AR Content

Artificially generated, edited, reconstructed, 3D, volumetric, or augmented-reality content is subject to every requirement in this policy. A format conversion does not change the age, consent, ownership, or legality requirements applicable to the source material.

5. Review and Records

Content is subject to compliance review before publication and may be monitored afterward. Jiggles3D may request identity, age, consent, ownership, and authorization records at any time. Content may remain restricted until requested records are verified.

6. Reporting and Removal

Reports may be submitted under our Complaints Policy. Anyone depicted in content may also use our Content Removal and Appeals Policy. Content may be restricted or removed during an investigation.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, additional verification, account restriction, suspension, permanent termination, and referral to payment partners or appropriate authorities where required.
