Content Removal & Appeals Policy

1. Right to Request Removal

Any person depicted in content available through Jiggles3D may request that the content be removed or restricted. Requests may be based on lack of consent, withdrawal or invalidity of consent where recognized by applicable law, unauthorized distribution, misidentification, or another legal or policy concern.

2. How to Submit a Request

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Content Removal Request." Identify the creator, content, or page; describe your relationship to the content; explain why removal is requested; and provide reliable contact information. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and involvement.

3. Review and Interim Action

We will review the request promptly and ordinarily resolve it within seven business days. Content may be temporarily disabled while we investigate. We may request consent records, releases, identity and age records, or other information from the creator or affected parties.

4. Removal Decision

Content will be removed when our investigation determines that required consent was not given, is void under applicable law, or the content otherwise violates applicable law or Jiggles3D policy. Related accounts may also be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

5. Appeals and Disagreements

The requester or affected creator may appeal a decision by replying to the decision email with additional facts or documentation. If a dispute concerning consent remains unresolved after our internal appeal, the disagreement may be submitted to an independent neutral body for resolution at KrakenCode LLC's expense, as required by applicable standards or law.

6. No Retaliation

Jiggles3D prohibits retaliation against a person for submitting a good-faith complaint, removal request, or appeal.
