Content Provider / Creator Agreement

1. Agreement and Eligibility

This agreement applies to every creator or other content provider who uploads, submits, streams, or distributes content through Jiggles3D. By accepting it, you enter into an agreement with KrakenCode LLC. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and will complete required identity and age verification.

2. People Depicted in Content

Before submitting content, you must verify the identity and age of every person depicted and confirm that each person is an adult. You must be able to provide supporting identity and age documents to Jiggles3D upon request.

3. Required Written Consent

You must obtain and keep written consent from every person depicted that specifically covers:

• Consent to be depicted in the content.
• Consent to the public or subscriber-only distribution of the content.
• Consent to upload and distribute the content through Jiggles3D.
• Consent to conversion and display in 3D, AR, volumetric, or other supported formats.
• Consent to downloading when a Jiggles3D feature expressly permits downloads.

These records must be authentic, current, securely maintained, and provided to Jiggles3D upon request.

4. Rights to the Content

You may submit only content that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, releases, and permissions to use. Your submission must not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.

5. Prohibited Activity and Content

You must not engage in illegal activity or submit content that violates applicable law, card-network standards, the Jiggles3D Terms, or the Prohibited Content Policy. This includes content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual activity, exploitation, abuse, unlawful commercial sex, or unauthorized use of another person's likeness.

6. Review and Cooperation

Content is subject to compliance review before or after publication. You agree to cooperate with verification, complaints, takedowns, appeals, and audits and to provide requested records promptly. Jiggles3D may restrict or remove content while a review is pending.

7. Accurate Descriptions

Titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and promotional materials must be accurate and compliant. They must not suggest prohibited, illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or underage activity.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, withheld publication, account restriction, suspension, termination, payment action where permitted, and referral to payment partners or appropriate authorities when required.

9. Electronic Acceptance

Typing your legal name and selecting the acceptance checkbox is your electronic signature and acknowledgment of this agreement's identity, age-verification, consent, and recordkeeping requirements. Jiggles3D records the agreement version and acceptance time. If this agreement changes, you must accept the new version before publishing.
