1. About Jiggles3D

Jiggles3D is an adult-oriented creator platform operated by KrakenCode LLC. The service allows eligible adult creators to publish digital content, including photos, video, audio, interactive 3D content, and supported augmented-reality experiences.

2. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to access or use Jiggles3D. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you satisfy this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update information that changes.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain creator content may require a paid subscription. The applicable price, billing period, and recurring nature of a subscription will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the stated billing interval until canceled. Customers may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation instructions provided on Jiggles3D or by contacting support.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund charges already processed. Refund requests are evaluated according to our Billing and Cancellation Policy and any rights required by applicable law.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators may only upload or distribute content they have the lawful right to use. Creators must obtain and maintain all required permissions, releases, age-verification records, and consent from every person depicted in their content.

7. Prohibited Content

Jiggles3D prohibits illegal content, content involving minors, nonconsensual sexual content, exploitation, trafficking, impersonation intended to deceive viewers about consent, and content that infringes another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

8. Content License

Creators retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading content, creators grant Jiggles3D the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, stream, convert, secure, distribute, and make that content available through the platform as directed by the creator.

9. Subscriber Use

Purchased or subscribed content is provided for personal viewing only unless otherwise stated. Users may not redistribute, resell, scrape, record, reproduce, or commercially exploit creator content without authorization.

10. Suspension and Termination

Jiggles3D may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, platform safety requirements, payment rules, or the rights of other users.

11. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature, device, file format, AR capability, or third-party service.

12. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiggles3D is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. KrakenCode LLC is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the service, unauthorized user activity, third-party services, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Jiggles3D evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means.
